Noun vs Verb

Some words can be used as either a noun or a verb. It all depends on how it is used in a sentence, e.g. the word 'present' can be used as both a noun and a verb.

E.g. I received a present from my best friend last week. (noun)

I had to present my assignment to my teacher this morning. (verb)

Have a look at the sentences on the worksheet - can you work out whether the word underlined has been used as a noun or a verb?

**This can be recorded on a word document or handwritten on paper for you to take a picture and upload to MyUSO to send to your teacher.
